I.M.C.A. Old Timers was formed to promote and preserve I.M.C.A. (International Motor Contest Association) history, including the preservation and excellent restoration of former I.M.C.A. race cars; to maintain records and documents of I.M.C.A. history; recognition of former drivers, owners, mechanics and others involved in I.M.C.A. history; and provide an opportunity for the social and technical interchange of members interested in auto racing history.
Attention Racers: Please note the following tentative schedule for the Elko Speedway Thunderstruck event September 12:
Pit Gates Open: 10 AM
Practice: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Drivers Meeting: 3:15 PM
Qualifying: 3:45 PM
Autograph Session: 4:00 - 5:00 PM
4:55 PM: Hall of Fame Ceremomy
5:05 PM: Opening Ceremonies
Please note that this schedule will be updated if we learn of any changes. Also, we may be asked to park in an alternate pit area outside of the main pit entrance. Details of this will follow also.
Elko Speedway Thunderstruck is becoming a huge event with many out of state drivers coming! Consequently the pit area will be very full.
